About Mark Stevens

Compassionate Therapy for Meaningful Change

Being the person others rely on can make it difficult to recognize when you need support yourself. You may be managing a demanding career, carrying family responsibilities, or wondering why your relationship has begun to feel distant. Life keeps moving, but keeping up is taking more than it used to.

Mark works with individuals and couples navigating burnout, men’s mental health, and relationship challenges. His more than two decades in technology and executive leadership inform his understanding of professional pressure, identity, and the strain these demands can place on life at home.

His approach is direct, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, you can explore how your history shapes familiar patterns and begin translating that understanding into practical change. Mark draws on emotion-focused, acceptance-based, cognitive behavioural, and relational approaches, and tailors therapy to what matters to you. Whether that means finding direction, changing how you carry responsibility, or rebuilding connection with your partner.

BA in Psychology, McMaster University.

Diploma in Sexuality, Marriage & Family Studies, University of Waterloo.

MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, Wilfrid Laurier University.

Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO License No. 17188).

About Lindsay Jonz

When Coping Starts to Cost You

Sometimes the ways you manage stress begin creating difficulties of their own. You might be questioning your relationship with alcohol or other substances, struggling with anxiety, or finding that strong emotions leave you reacting in ways you wish you could change. You may also be supporting someone you love while quietly becoming overwhelmed yourself.

Lindsay brings a background in addictions counselling and mental health to her work with people navigating these challenges. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in understanding both what you are experiencing and what keeps familiar patterns going. There is room to be honest about where you are, including uncertainty about what you want to change.

Drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness, Lindsay combines reflection with practical skills. Together, you can explore your responses to stress, strengthen boundaries, and develop ways of coping that better support your wellbeing and relationships.
